Embrace the new you!

With the New Year around the corner I decided to turn up my fitness routine a few notches. I am not one of those people who starts a new year thinking things will magically fall into place, my fitness journey is something that has been a long and ongoing process for years. Since on my journey, I noticed I often looked at blogs to keep me motivated to get into the gym and fight for my goals. My hopes for this page is to give women like myself motivation, and inspiration to go out and achieve their fitness goals.
