My First Week

My first week on my new fitness journey required a lot of dedication and self motivation. Sometime when hitting the gym everyday for hours, you get into the mindset that changes can happen over night, or in my case a week. I'm here to tell you that it is not possible- I KNOW, IT SUCKS- and this process takes weeks and sometimes months. It is going to be harder to see a change in the mirror, because you are your own worst critic.

The first week back in the gym I felt ready to get back to a better version of myself by eating right and exercising more. I was looking for someone to motivate me and keep me in the gym, someone who would help better myself- which I found this person to be my best friend Hallie. Everyday, minus our rest day, we are in the gym busting ass not only to look good, but to feel better.

The journey is long and hard but I encourage you to stick with it, find a workout partner, find a motivator. DON'T GIVE UP! It will get easier it takes time to form a habit, you will see a difference, not over night, but in time.

Here are some pictures of where I started, I encourage you to share your own, and remember:

NO fat talk

No giving up

Always finish your sets
