Very Berry Fit Smoothie
1/2 Cup of frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup of frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup of frozen Raspberries
1 tsp. Honey
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup of Orange Juice
1 Scoop of It Works Protein Powder (Can purchase through my blog on the main page)

Apple-Kale Smoothie
3/4 Cup Chopped Kale
1 Stalk of Celery (Chopped)
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup of Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup of Ice
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Honey

Mango-Coconut Smoothie
6 Oz. Mango Pulp (cut into pieces)
8 Fluid Ounces of Coconut Milk
3 Fluid Ounces Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Honey
4 Ice Cubes
1/2 lime (juiced)
